Description

The ball screw support seat is equipped with an ultra-compact angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45° developed for the ultra-small ball screw, which achieves high rigidity, high precision and stable rotation performance.
The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. Supporting units such as EK, BK type internal bearings are filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap-based grease, sealed with a special sealing gasket, can be directly installed, long-term use.

Considering the rigidity of the ball screw, a high-rigidity, low-torque angular contact ball bearing (contact angle 30°, free combination) is used. At the same time, the ultra-small support units EK6, 8 are equipped with ultra-compact angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra-small ball screws. This bearing contact angle is 45°, the ball diameter is small, and the number of balls is large. It is a super-compact angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and high precision, and can obtain stable rotation performance.

The support unit is a small-sized design that takes into consideration the surrounding space. At the same time, the bearings that have been adjusted and preloaded are loaded and assembled directly after delivery, which reduces assembly time and improves assembly accuracy.
